on 1/1/10 (that day thats usually a hazy blur) i will be taking part in the LOONY DOOK in aid of the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation! and in the memory of Laura MacKenzie. The LOONY DOOK involves jumping into the FREEZING COLD WATER OF THE FIRTH OF FORTH! Angela has challenged me if i raise a minimum of £200 i have to wear a PINK MANKINI, now i have to admit the old six pack is well more of a battered beer keg these days so i will take sponsorship for me not to wear it lol!
