Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

I am raising money for the Catholic Childrens Society (Westminster), my company and I have worked professionally with the Fundraising Department for over a year now and have so much respect for what they do and how they do it.

As I write this, it is the day after the London Marathon and although I ache and flinch with stiffness, it was a fantastic experience. A massive thank you to all the crowds in London, without them I would probably still be around the 17 mile mark! Just because the Marathon is over, does not mean that its too late to pledge a donation. Please, help make a difference...

The Catholic Children’s Society (Westminster) provides child care services to assist children and families in need, irrespective of race or faith, in the Diocese of Westminster.

Their services aim to support disadvantaged families and families in crisis, to strengthen the family bond and to prevent family breakdown. Their concern is to enable children to have a positive experience of childhood and to prevent long-term emotional and behavioral problems caused by poor experiences of family life.

In addition their aim is to create strong new family relationships through adoption and to give children ‘in care’ and others the chance to be valued and loved by adoptive parents.

Thank you to all that have sponsored me so far, I truly appreciated your support.
