In April 2013 my good friend Andy Robson was involved in a very serious kitesurfing accident.  Andy has been fighting to get better having had to have more operations than I have fingers and toes.  Just over a year ago I helped raise money for Southampton hospital, where Andy was receiving his intensive care.

Andy is now ready to make the move to a more long term home that can take care of him and make sure he can achieve the best quality of life possible.  Andy's family have chosen the Holy Cross Hospital, thus I'm raising money for them.

To help those who are helping my dear friend I'm going to cycle from London to Chichester, which is just over 105KM!  Please, please help me to help Andy by sponsoring me.

Please note I've set a stretched target of £600, if I hit this target I'll also be doing this cycle ride in fancy dress!!
