I am running the Sydney, Liverpool and Amsterdam marathons in Sept and October 2012. I am running in aid of Children with Cancer and we have already raised over £4000 this year, due to fundraising events and with competing the Paris marathon in April 2012.

Please donate anything that you can to assist Children with Cancer with the great work they are doing! I shall be updating this page as my training progresses :).

11th June 2012: A special thank you to my lovely Auntie Jane for her kind donation! I am starting running training this week so all is good! Not saying goodbye to alcohol until later in the month once the Newcastle lot have been down for a birthday night out. Thanks for everyone's support

31st August 2012: A big thank you to Lynne, Gray and Lisa for their kind donations, two weeks on Sunday is the start of Sydney marathon! Thoroughly prepared so all good, its a bit of an early start tho! Just looked at paperwork and its 7.30am... on a Sunday! These Aussies are mental :)

27th September 2012: Sydney marathon completed in 3hr 50 coming up to a couple of weeks ago. Has been a hectic few weeks holidaying across ocean road, Sydney and Melbourne. Looking forward to Philip Island tomorrow as well! Its all been brilliant! Australia is such a wonderful country! Got Liverpool two weeks on Sunday so have to try and get a few runs in before then :).Thank you so much for all the donations so far xxx
