So what can we do to help these people i hear you say...
Well my name is Stewart Thompson and i work for Asda as part of their night team.I wa speaking to a friend a while back who has a family member with cystic fibrosis and she mentioned about a sky-dive for charity.Even though i have no close relatives or relations with it it touched me that what she was intending to do it .A sky-dive for charity, wow i thought why not give it a try.I like to help people i work with in life so i thought to myself.."why not help those less fortunate than yourself"...then i said right im going to make a difference...So on may 22nd im going to Nottingham to do a tandem sky-dive.Since contacting the team i have learnt that there are a few of my colleges at work with family memebers or friends who have cystic fibrosis so it has made me more determined do this for them also.I will be collecting from work mates and also if im allowed the public who shop there. This is going to be a big thing for me and will give me great satifaction knowing that what i am doing will help those who need it.So please give as much as you can to help me do my bit for cystic fibrosis.Asda are also looking into helping me in someway so hopefully i will raise alot of money. So i am asking you now to take a moment out of your day to donate a little towards this worthy cause.I am hoping to raise a minimum of £1,000 so if you could support me in anyway i would be most grateful.Seeing poeple suffer this terrible illness can be heart-wrenching but knowing that what i am going to undertake will not only improve treatment in the future but also help those in need of treatement now.Thank you to all my Asda workers who have donated so far,i know there are still alot of you who havent so i will be round soon.To all my friends on facebook and all around the world please give as much as you can and put a smile not only on my face but in the hearts of those who i am helping....THANK YOU ALL
