Story
The Strutt & Parker Charity Challenge 2016 is to support The Sebastian Coe Charitable Foundation supporting Cancer Research. We have set ourselves a target of £200,000 to be raised by our network of offices throughout the Country and we are confident that with the enthusiasm of those in the firm and the support of their friends and contacts we will beat our targets.
The money raised will directly fund The Francis Crick Institute, a cutting edge scientific research centre due to open in 2016. 'The Crick' will be Europe's largest and most sophisticated health research centre with over 1,250 of the World's best scientists working under one roof to conduct research into tackling all major diseases.
The Crick will cost £650m and Cancer Research UK are the only partner raising their £100m contribution philanthropically. The Sebastian Coe Charitable Foundation is committed to raising £2m of this target for Cancer Research UK and Strutt & Parker are delighted to be supporting such an exciting and vital project. Please help us make a difference!
We are so excited to be able to support this Charity this year, after the loss of our dear friend and colleague, Ben Winson. Please get behind S&P Shrewsbury during our many fundraisers including 'The S&P Stroll', professionals pub quiz and many more in between!!
