<p>As you may know, I cycled from London to Newcastle last year in aid of Cancer Research UK. This June, in a bid to go bigger and better, I'm joining the other lunatics from the Sage Cycle Club to pedal from Newcastle to Paris in just under a week!</p>
<p>At 600 miles, the days will be long, the going will be tough, and my arse will be wrecked (yes, from the cycling)...but it will be all worth it to raise more cash for this fantastic charity.</p>
<p>Rest assurred that every penny you donate goes directly to Cancer Research. The cost of accommodation, transport home, and hundreds of Greggs pasties consumed will come out of our own pockets. So please dig deep and donate now - or on pay day if you like :-)</p>

<p>**Update 31/03/12 - Day 2 is now 132 miles! Keep the donations coming - it will really make a difference.</p>
<p>**Update 26/04/12 - Less than 7 weeks to go and training is going well. I'm now also doing the Blaydon Race two days before the ride as a bit of a warm up...wish me luck and please donate if you can :-)</p>
