Much to everyones shock and disbelief, my good friend Lanfranco Gaglione took his own life in February 2012 as an attempt to escape depression, which he suffered in silence. He was a generous, kind, funny, motivated, talented young individual, who would of done anything for anyone, so I feel the least I can do is run 10km and raise as much money as I can for the charity 'CALM' (Campagin Against Living Miserably.) to help prevent other young men taking their own life.

Little did I know suicide is the biggest killer of young men under the age of 35 in the UK.

If you feel like you would might like to donate, I would really appreciate it, as every penny donated is accounted for and will go straight to the charity.
