Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On June 20th 2013, 14 riders from Tesco Customer Service Centre (CSC) including myself, will set off from our Cardiff CSC and cycle 500 miles in 5 days to our Dundee CSC.

Each rider will cycle the full distance, so plenty of pain and suffering for everyone! What do you think, that's got to be worth a few quid of anyone's money?

So please dig deep and support us all on our charity ride for Diabetes UK.
