As part of the preparations for Odyssey in July, I am taking part in the Goodwood Duathlon on Sunday May 9th as part of Team Odyssey.  I will be running two legs 6.1 and 3.1 miles respectively, having passed over to a much more capable cyclist to complete 24 miles around the hilly Goodwood course. As well as raising the profile of Odyssey we are trying to raise as much money as possible for Sparks, the chosen charity for Odyssey.  If you feel able to support us in any way then we would be hugely grateful.  If you are passing then it should be a great event based around the Motor Circuit.  Tickets for Odyssey will also be available on the day.
