The Centre is a self-help, non-profit organisation. We aim to improve the quality of life of people affected by multiple sclerosis, their families, friends and carers, by encouraging a positive attitude. We provide therapies (including Oxygen, reflexology, and physiotherapy), information, counselling and practical support

I completed the marathon in 6 hours 29 but 3 toilet breaks with half hour queue actually ran it in 5 hours many thanks to everyone for sponsorship special thanks to breedon aggregates for there kind donation of 800 really made a difference

Well sorry for delays in updates training going well jarred my knee so taking couple of days off but back with a blast Thursday would be good if people can add link to Facebook pages I am about a stone lighter and think will be even less come the race I will keep you all updated

Hi sorry for gaps in updates been busy training away I am now running 3 times a week and am doing alot of gym work but mainly core training to get my overall fitness there it's hard work but sure it will all be worth it come the 22nd of April thanks again for the support it's really appreciated please pass it on and if some people could get there friends to do the same that would be great

Training is going to be full on this week have a half marathon planned for few weeks time can I run half a half marathon lol up at 6 tomorrow to get gym oh I can't wait !!!!

<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>I am running the London Marathon to help rasie funds for the Leicestershire MS Therapy Centre, this is a self funded charity with no local or government funding. &nbsp;most of the fundraising is done by the centre users themselves. &nbsp;they need to raise more than &pound;85.000 a year to keep the centre up and running. they now offer their services to those with cancer, stroke and sports injuries; plus other conditions.</p> <p>So please dig deep and donate now.</p>
