Hello all,

Why do I have this page?  Well,  on Sunday I will be scaring the deer in Richmond Park, not to mention the locals,  by running the dualthalon (2 x 5k runs and 1 x 10k cycle) in aid of the Chelesa and Westminster Hospital.

So it's an ideal opportunity for you to do your bit for charity whilst you're relaxing Sunday with the Sunday papers and your bacon and eggs by sponsoring my worthy jaunt. It certainly won't be a stroll in the park!
