Having admired and supported many friends and colleagues who have participated in the GNR for many years, I thought at the tender age of 55 it was about time to give it a go myself.

I'm running in aid of Cancer Reasearch in memory of my mum Georgina Lynn who was taken by cancer of the esophagus a number of years ago.

I'm also proud to be running as part of #TeamSage ... a world record team entry of nearly 250 Sage colleagues from Newcastle and various other offices around the world.
