I will be completing the Prudential Ride London-Surrey 100 mile cycle on 31 July followed by the Wheels for Change 100 kilometer cycle on 9 September in aid of the Princes Trust.

The Princes Trust do fantastic work running a range of training programmes, providing mentoring support and offering financial grants to build the confidence and motivation of disadvantaged young people.
