<p style="text-align: justify;"><span><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: Arial; color: #1c1c1c; background: white;">Well the time has now arrived and in October a group of 8 of us will be trekking up Africa's highest mountain, to an altitude of nearly 6000 metres.</span></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: Arial; color: #1c1c1c; background: white;">We are raising money for two great charities, The Dame Vera Lynn Trust and St Catherines Hospice in Crawley. My charity is The Dame Vera Lynn Trust which as you will see below is working hard supporting children with cerebral palsy.</span></p>

<p style="margin: 0cm; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; mso-line-height-alt: 0pt;"><span style="font-size: 9.0pt; font-family: Arial; background: white;">The Dame Vera Lynn Trust for Children with Cerebral Palsy provides a specialist service for families of young children with cerebral palsy and other disabilities. Parents and children learn daily living skills together at our School for Parents using the principles of Conductive Education. We support families with babies and children under five years of age.</span></p>
