Stuart's Bike Ride for Macmillan Cancer 400 mile in 4 days

Saint-Gobain 350 Anniversary Bike Ride · 10 July 2015
Thanks for taking the time to visit this page. I'm really grateful for your support.
So what am I actualy doing, Well:
From the 10th to the 13th of July I'm pushing my body(and bum) to its limits and trying to ride from Crystal Palace, London to the beautiful Loire Valley, Blois, France, with around 120 colleagues from across Saint-Gobain, to celebrate the Group's 350th anniversary (http://www.saint-gobain.co.uk/saint-gobain-350-years/) and raise money for some really amazing people who do absolutely amazing work.
We'll be cycling about 100 miles on the first 3 days and around about 120 on the 4th day.
This is not going to be an easy summer ride. It will be four hard days in the saddle (Ouch i'm hurting after 1day at the momment!) and one that's going to require a rigorous training programme - one that will require training most evenings and weekends in preparation (the wife will be happy!)
Macmillan Cancer Support have helped allot of my friends and family through hard times so it is great to be able to support them back.
