I'm joining the Dallaglio Cycle Slam Challenge on stage 4, Twickenham to Fishguard via Cardiff. This covers about 440km and no doubt will be cycling through glorious sunshine and pleasantly warm spring days from 28 February to 4 March. I think I will be needing padded shorts.
I'd like to note my thanks to Tim Buttimore for getting me into this in the first place, and to my family and colleagues for putting up with all that sweaty training kit as I train for this.
