I came across this event via Special Effect's site at www.specialeffect.org.uk and it interested me as a gamer.

I then went and asked a few of my colleagues who are also gamers, if they would care to join in a 24 hour gaming event in the name of charity.

They said they would love to do this with me!!

Most of us are going to be together in the same room whilst doing this gaming marathon, where we shall all be streaming the games that we are playing throughout the course of the 24 hours.
