This year on the 30th July I will be riding along with six of my fellow Lycra loving mates – collectively known as the Dengie Cycling Club (DCC) – who enjoy rolling around the Essex countryside on two wheels of a weekend. Be under no illusion though, this will be tough for us. Essex is flat like the pancake. The Ride London route not so much, at least by our standards! 

I'm proud to be able to do this for ARUK and I truly appreciate anything that you can donate; 84p of every £1 you spend goes directly into research and helps people to fight dementia – it really will make a difference.
