Thank you for supporting me in the Palace 2 Palace bike ride.  At 7am on Sunday 2nd October I will start at Buckingham Palace and ride 47 miles to Windsor Castle to raise funds for the Prince's Trust as part of the Oracle team.

This great charity helps thousands of young people aged 13-30 each year, transform their lives and get into education, jobs or training.

PS I am participating on the strict proviso that no one sees me in lyrca - the world is not ready for that!
