Sick Kids Save Point 2015 · 27 September 2015

Edinburgh Children's Hospital Charity believes no child should face hospital alone. Every day, 500 seriously ill children face a life-changing hospital visit. Children tell us it can be frightening. Parents say they're sick with worry. We want to change this. With your support, we can. Are you in?

Story

Hey guys, Prime (@D2FXPrime) and RayG (@D2FXRayG) here with yet another charity run for Sick Kids Save Point 2015! On Friday the 16th of October (6pm to 6pm GMT) we're going to be playing games, talking funny and just generally having a good time to raise money for the Sick Kids Friends Foundation. In particular, the hospital we'll be gaming for is the Royal Hospital for Sick Children in Edinburgh.

So hey, children, right? Pretty cool, right? Sickness isn't! We hate sickness. If you're okay with it you're obviously in the wrong place! But if you hate seeing suffering and illness why not throw the sick kids a donation? It goes directly to the charity and they're able to benefit from Gift Aid contributions as well!

If you feel you can't contribute financially though, (or heck, even if you CAN) you can still help in other ways. Copy and paste our donation page into your social media of choice! Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, Google Plus. Okay, maybe not that last one. Nobody uses Google Plus. Come to think of it, nobody uses MySpace either.

Twitter and Facebook.

We decided this time to go with an easier to write/pronounce webpage name based on our website name rather than our podcast name. StupidlyEpic is a lot easier to write than DownToForitX, don't you think?! Hindsight is 20-20 I suppose.

So if this sounds awesome to you, you can check out our 24 hour gaming livestream over at www.twitch.tv/downtoforitx on the 16th of October from 6pm GMT and don't forget to let everyone know about it and this page too!
