I have challenged myself to play 5 rounds of golf in a day around Gloucester Golf course. That’s 90 holes, 31,500 yards, 18 miles, or 17 hours of golf! I am raising money for a great cause because cancer affects and hurts so many people. This is my way of remembering close family and friends that have lost their battle against cancer but also showing support to those who are currently fighting it.

My aim is to score 5 completed rounds in a day and that will include everything, lost balls and all! Anyone who has played golf with me will know that it could take quite a long time and I probably won't be walking in a straight line! Everyone who has played at Gloucester GC will know that it is not the flattest of courses and those that haven't, the course is played on the side of a hill that is 650ft high. So I think I have set myself quite a challenge!

Anyone is more than welcome to come and walk around with us for a bit and I’m sure my Dad wouldn’t mind you carrying my clubs!
