Hi everybody - I have decided to make this my personnal challenge for November 2011. I have already joined the gym and a guy called Adam is going to prepare me for this. The cycle ride goes from Vietnam into Cambodia and the mileage ranges from 40 to 83 km per day, over a period of 11 days. Wave 105 Cash for Kids is a charity who supports under priveledged children in the South. Working with older clients, as I do, I realise more and more how necessary and significant this charity is.
