We are running the 13 miles of the Great North Run for NEPAC this is a voluntary charity that raises money to give support to blood related cancer research in the RVI, Newcastle upon Tyne and to hospices and cancer support groups. 

We have both been training hard, in addition to running four times a week Sue has reduced her wine intake which has probably been the most challenging aspect!
