Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Unfortunately I haven't yet got a photo of me struggling in my training, but no doubt someone will take a lovely picture of me finishing the Great North Run, looking hot and sweaty and in pain.

I have left setting up my web page until quite late as I have previously trained for the GNR twice and had to pull out through injury.  This time with 12 days to go fingers crossed!

I choose a charity that provides education to children in Africa, particularly in countries that are affected by war.  I believe that education gives people a chance to change their lives and that everyone should have access to education.
