After a year of basically not running, I have decided to put the trainers back on for a short jaunt!  Amy and I are going to race together as part of the school's annual fundraiser. Funds don't go to school but this year ABF the Soldier's Charity AND Medecins sans Frontieres.  We've picked the latter to support fight against Ebola.  Small sums will be enough to encourage Amy and I that charity running is a good idea!
