<p>I have set myself 3 huge challenges.....</p>
<p><em># to raise £3500 for Daisy Chain ( I hate asking for money)</em></p>
<p><em># to take 6 flights to Peru (I am terrified of flying )</em></p>
<p><em># to complete the Inca Trail, a difficult trek at high altitude (I am scared of heights) !!!</em></p>
<p>WHY???</p>
<p>Because I know what it feels like to have a child who has an autistic spectrum disorder. I know the isolation, the prejudice, the pain.... and the desparation, the need to be taken seriously, to be heard, and to be understoood. I had no Daisy Chain to turn to, and know how vital their work is for families like mine.</p>
