I'm Fit, Fabulous and Fifty!  Just to prove it, I intend to run the 10K run to raise much needed funds for Whitechapel Mission. It is a fantastic centre supporting homeless and vulnerable people from all walks of life. As with all things, running (no pun intended)! costs are forever rising.
