As some of you know over the last year I have been on a fitness and weight-loss drive. I have recently taken up running and I am now participarting in my first "race" along with the two other hospital matrons and our family and friends, in the Santa Dash raising funds for the Prince of Wales Hospice. 

If you happen to be in the area on the 13th December at 11am you will easily recognise me as I'll be the one in the red suit and white beard!
