Why am I doing this?

A close friend had just completed 10 months of gruelling treatment for breast cancer when I was asked if I'd be interested in taking part in the Breast Cancer Care Pink Ribbon Walk 2011 on 11th June. The 10 miles walk seemed like a good way to celebrate the end of her treatment and raise money for a very worthy cause.

Breat Cancer Care provides services for those people facing a breast cancer diagnosis, along with their family and friends.

Please help me to raise money - any small donation would be very much appreciated.
