The MND Association focuses on improving access to care, research and campaigning for those living with or affected by MND in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. If you or a loved one need practical or emotional support, call our Connect Helpline on 0808 802 6262, Mon to Fri between 9am and 4pm.

Story

Mike, one of my HSBC colleagues; was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease just over a year ago.  In this time Mike's condition has deteriorated rapidly yet his positive attitude and determination to fight the disease is ever strong.  Since
Mike's diagnosis, the MNDA have provided first class care, support and
guidance to him and his wife.

Therefore on Friday 28th June, with Mike in attendance, I will be joining a group of HSBC colleagues to abseil down the 10 floors at HSBC UK, 1 Centenary Square .  As some of you may know I do not have the best head for heights, but one way or another I will launch myself off Level 10, in the hopes of raising as much money as possible to enable MDNA to help Mike and many other sufferers of MND.

Thank you for your support.
