The Live Well Campaign can use very penny effectively:

£2.00 pays for a factsheet to be recorded onto an audio CD for visually impaired people with Dementia

£1,000.00 will train a trainer to transform the lives of hundreds of carers

If you have'nt given much charity this year, please do. I will appreciate any amount- big or small (don't be shy if its only a few quid) although big would be brilliant!
