Our aim is to raise the funds to support the men and service women who help us protect our country who have been injured during service.

Marston's have challenged us to raise £250 during Monday 5th September to Sunday 11th September - we want raise a lot more because we know we can with your help we can!

Myself and a fellow manager will be competing in a week of madness...

5th Sept  - cycling from Newcastle to Carlisle

6th Sept - climbing snowdon

7th Sept - climbing Scarfed pike

8th Sept - sky diving

9th Sept - climbing Ben nevis

10th Sept - Tough mudder

11th Sept - Great North Run

And just to make it more fun we will be carrying a Barrel of Help for Heroes beer all the way!!
