Hi All,

On November 14th I will by flying to Morocco (with some of the team and past bootcampers) to start the 100k trek through the Sahara to raise funds for Help for Heroes.

Help for Heros is a charity very close to mine and all of New You Boot Camps heart's!  All the Staff that work for us are either in the Forces or are past Forces....so we are doing this for boys! 

The Trek is 5 day covering 100k across the vast and ever changing landscape of the Sahara desert -
