Royal Parks Half Marathon 2019 · 13 October 2019 ·

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

As you probably know, social justice issues are really bloody important to me, and so I'm gassed to be running the Royal Parks Half Marathon for the Prince's Trust!!!

The Prince's Trust is a fantastic organisation which gives training and job opportunities to young adults from disadvantaged backgrounds, to create a more level playing field from which they can tackle working life.

If you can, give us ya cash, and help the Prince's Trust continue doing its great work. If I reach my £400 goal, that funds a 'school club' which helps a young person finish their education - AND my company meets my donation which means TWO young people getting to finish their studies and reach their potential! Booya 💃🏾🕺🏻💃🏾

And not only will you be helping a great cause, you'll be helping your great pal, who could do with the the emotional support (via financial donations) as she faces her first competitive long distance run since Year 9 cross country (where yes, she was in last place....) 🏃‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️...........🏃🏾‍♀️

In exchange for your support, I in turn promise to train as hard as possible (even meaning fewer pints at the weekends!) and to shower donors with love and compliments for the foreseeable future! FEELING GOOD VIA CHARITABLE GIVING AND MY ADORATION - WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT?! 🎊🎉🎊
