Sherlock star Benedict Cumberbatch took on Palace to Palace in 2012 in aid of The Prince's Trust, and had an incredible time cycling knowing he was helping change young lives.  

He said:

"It’s an amazing bike route and the spirit of people on the route is fantastic!"

So I'm following in good cycle tracks (footsteps didn't seem appropriate).

Plus, I really need to shift some weight and this is an excellent way to motivate myself :)
