<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. 11 of us from Supply Chain Planning are Climbing Ben Nevis on 20th May and 20 of us are doing an 8.5 mile walk around Linlithgow on 25th May, in Aid of the Haven Centre.</p>

<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: EN-GB; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">The Haven is a drop in centre, where there is no need for referral. <strong><span style="font-weight: normal; font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">Patients</span></strong>, <strong><span style="font-weight: normal; font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">carers</span></strong>, <strong><span style="font-weight: normal; font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">families</span></strong> and <strong><span style="font-weight: normal; font-family: Arial; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-weight: bold;">friends</span></strong> can receive advice, information and support, in a relaxed and welcoming environment, to help them cope with the physical, mental and spiritual effects of illness. </span></p>
