I'm running with my friend Ravi in memory of his grandfather. Having known Ravi for as long as I can remember, I know how much his grandfather meant to him and unfortunately his grandfather passed away last year from dementia. Having volunteered in a care home specialised for dementia patients, I can only imagine what Ravi and his family went through with such a loss. This run is a chance for us to raise awareness for Alzheimers Research UK and to raise some money to help this amazing charity. 

Now Ravi and I are by no means athletes so this is of course a huge challenge for us!! I'd like to reach out to all my friends and family to help us to raise money and awareness for a remarkable charity!! 

Please dig deep and donate what you can and as generously as you can!! And to all you Gujaratis...please dont be stingy!!!
