This is a Charity close to my heart as I know Family and Friends who have lost loved ones through Kidney Disease. The National Kidney Federation is special as its run by Kidney Disease patients helping Kidney Disease patients.

As some of you may well know, last year I undertook the 200 mile Arctic Husky Challenge which pushed the body and mind to its limit and it doesn't stop there. Last year also saw crazy eating challenges, Spartan Assault course, Holi 5km Run, 30 Day Business Challenge, swimming with turtles in the Caribbean, Snowboarding + more. This year sees the continuation of challenges both physical and mental...but with more intensity and variety.
