This is going to be my first half marathon and is a personal challenge that I have set myself since I completed a 10k race back in February.  Training has begun - just!! - and I just hope that I manage to complete it, don't even care what time I do (but please don't let me be last!).

I am running to raise money for Gofal Cymru who have been working for 18 years in Wales to provide support and assistance for people with mental illnesses to enable them to manage their mental health, overcome stigma and live independently. These services cost money, but will save and repair lives.
