Mental Illness affects one in four of us and the numbers are rising. Suicide continues to be the biggest killer of young men in the UK. We cant afford to do nothing. Gofal Cymru supports people to recover, challenges stigma and campaigns for change. Help us afford to do more.

My story

This is going to be my first half marathon and is a personal challenge that I have set myself since I completed a 10k race back in February. Training has begun - just!! - and I just hope that I manage to complete it, don't even care what time I do (but please don't let me be last!).

I am running to raise money for Gofal Cymru who have been working for 18 years in Wales to provide support and assistance for people with mental illnesses to enable them to manage their mental health, overcome stigma and live independently. These services cost money, but will save and repair lives.

Please donate whatever you can, any amount will help towards my target.
