Hi All!

Despite failing to terminate my sponsorship deal with the UK's leading wine merchant in preparation for last years London Marathon, I managed to hop, skip and jump my way around the full 26.2 miles in relatively little pain.  It's just unfortunate that the photos tell a very different and gruesome story............

The pain is now a distant memory and I am once again ready to endure another period of intense training with Dulwich Runners AC:  http://www.dulwichrunners.org.uk/ for the up and coming Virgin London Marathon.  In support of my efforts, any contributions that you are happy to make to 'The Prostate Cancer Research Foundation' will be much appreciated!
