People say you should follow your dreams, I dream of achieving things that others would not dare and I dream of a world where children no longer suffer and they are giving an equal opportunity in this life. These are some of my dreams and I'm going to need support from every last one of you to make them come true. I have an amazing opportunity to do this by climbing Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa and I am doing this for a fantastic charity, The Children's Society.
The Children's Society wants to create a society where children and young people are valued, respected and happy. They are committed to helping vulnerable and disadvantaged young people, including children in care and young runaways. They give a voice to disabled children, help young refugees to rebuild their lives and provide relief for young carers. Through campaigns and research, they seek to influence policy and perceptions so that young people have a better chance in life.
A £15 donation will provide a one to one mentor for an hour and give a child the opportunity to talk, please watch Ben's video.

Just to update, I have a Restaurant Evening booked at Sale Pepes restaurant, Shotley Bridge on Monday the 14th November. A Three Course Meal (menu to be confirmed) including reception cocktail, starting at 7pm to dine at 7.30pm.
