I am doing the National 3 Peaks on the 24th Aug 2013 . The reason for this is because my Dad is fighting Prostate Cancer and The Christie's are looking after is health care issues with a great deal of care and emotion and treat him as a person and not just a patient. His cancer can be controlled for a short while but not cured because of the stage it has advanced too. My Dad was a very keen walker and hill walker up until  a year ago.  To do this and for him to see his family and friends reach these peaks for him and raise money and give him memorable photos will touch his heart greatly. In this present economic climate I know money is tight but if you can spare a couple of pounds to help this great cause it will be more than apreciated.
