I, like most people I know, am lucky enough to have the security of a roof over my head and a safe place to call home. Unfortunately though, not everyone has this. That's why I'm running to raise money for the charity Housing for Women, which does to great work to help provide women and their children with housing and support them if they are victims of domestic abuse or trafficking. And in doing so, they allow women to get out of bad situations and become empowered.  

That's only a small part of what they do, and the provide loads more services to help women too. You can find out more at hfw.org.uk.

It would be great, and much appreciated, if you could spare a few (or a lot) of pounds to help them with their work and to allow them to help more women in the future.
