We‘re the world‘s leading cancer charity dedicated to saving and improving lives through research. We fund research into the prevention, detection and treatment of more than 200 types of cancer through the work of over 4,000 scientists, doctors and nurses.

Story

Hi All,

We have decided to challenge one of our greatest fears and we will be abseiling  down the ArcelorMittal Orbit Sculpture in the Olympic Park, London. The Orbit is 115 metres (377 feet) high and is the highest structure in the UK (and is bigger than Big Ben). This makes the Orbit Abseil the highest “freefall” abseil in the country!

Please sponsor us to raise money for Cancer Research UK so that we can all together fight cancer and provide help and support to those who are suffering, and remember those who have suffered including Charlotte's grandfather Arthur 'Ted' Porter, and Susie's father, Louis, and grandmother, Hanna.
