Thank you for taking the time to visit my page and for sponsoring Alex and I.

Alex was born 6 weeks early and weighed just 4 lbs 1 ounce.  He seemed so tiny and fragile although he was probably one of the largest and certainly the most vocal baby in the neo-natal unit.  Alex was lucky and he fought his way to health but many babies are born much earlier and need greater medical intervention and care.  After spending over four weeks in hospital and hearing the amazing stories of so many premature babies I vowed that I would raise money for this very worthy cause.  This is my small way of saying thank you to all who looked after Alex and I hope that the money raised will help to provide support to many more parents whose babies are born too soon, too small, too sick.
