I really appreciate your support.</p> <p>As you probably know by now I will be running a 5k for the childrens' charity Jigsaw4u. I have close contact with the work of Jigsaw4u as my sister Naomi works for the charity, and I know just how important it is that this organisation are able to maintain the support they give to children across England, and more recently to children in other countries such as Sri Lanka, South Africa and Nigeria.&nbsp;</p> <p>Trauma and loss are unfortunately experiences we will all encounter at some point in our lives. Helping children and families understand and come to terms with this is vital for their long term well being, and can help turn lives around.
