I am running for this charity as the amount of support is crucial to helping those who have suffered from Polio when they were young, and are now having to deal with the after affects of Post Polio Sydrome. I am doing this as those who may not know, my Mum has Post Polio Syndrome  and the amount of strength and good cheer that she manages to produce every day to even walk down the road is extremely brave and inspiring and it is so important that not only my mum but all of those people have help and for those to be made aware of this frustrating condition.
