<p>The Midnight Walk is a circular walk at night starting and finishing at Ipswich Town Football Club in Portman Road. This year you can choose from a five or eight mile route.<br><br>The five mile route includes one refreshment stop on Derby Road and the eight mile route includes two refreshment stops, the first on Colchester Road and the second on Derby Road, as well as passing the Hospice on Foxhall Road where you can hang a personal tag on the Tree of Remembrance. <strong>To see the route map </strong><a href="http://www.midnightwalkipswich.co.uk/documents/MIDNIGHT_WALK_ROUTE_FLYER_2012_web_lowres.pdf"><span style="color: #7030a0;"><strong>click here</strong></span></a><strong>.</strong></p>
<p>The registration fee is £15 per person which includes a Midnight Walk t-shirt which will be posted to you before the event, refreshments en route, a Midnight Walk medal and a bacon roll and hot chocolate at the end of the walk!</p>
<p>The walk includes:<br>. A school disco themed warm up - this will get you limbered up and ready to pound the streets<br>. A choice of a five or eight mile route <br>. Refreshment stops en route - this year there are new locations <br>. The eight mile route poignantly passes the Hospice on Foxhall Road - hang a personal tag on the Tree of Remembrance <br>. A Midnight Walk medal - everyone who finishes will receive their very own Midnight Walk medal<br>. A bacon roll and hot chocolate - what better way to finish the walk!</p>
