Hi Everyone.  On the 5th November I have agreed to walk over 20 foot of hot coals in aid of charity.  The Charity is Children Today, who's aim is to raise funds to provide grants to purchase specialised equipment for disabled children in the UK.

Can't say this is the smartest act I have ever agreed to given how much I love hiking and running, so if you feel it is as much of a worthy cause as I do, any donations recieved will help towards encouraging me to go ahead with it!!!!
